Chard with Chickpeas



  1. Saute onion in olive oil until onion is translucent.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 60 seconds.
  3. Add chick peas and chopped tomatoes, bring to boil while stirring.
  4. Add chopped chard and let it cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with parmesan, and serve.
