Roasted Baby Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 24 oz baby potatoes

  • olive oil

  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 390 F, (super-)convection mode (if available).

  2. Quarter baby potatoes and toss with salt and pepper.

  3. Arrange potato halves in an air fry tray, in a single layer, skin side down.

  4. Roast for ~25 minutes.

Notes

  • 24 oz of quartered baby potatoes fills an 11" x 13" Breaville Oven air-fry tray.
