Stir Fry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce (or Tamari if gluten free)
- 1/2 cup chicken stock (or vegetable broth if vegan)
- 2 tsp honey (or agave nectar if vegan)
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 2" piece of ginger, peeled and grated or finely minced
(or 1 tbsp ginger paste)
- 2 garlic cloves, grated or finely minced
- 1 tbsp corn starch (or arrow root)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients through to garlic. Whisk together.
- In a small bowl, combine cornstarch with 1/4 cup sauce. Stir until
thoroughly blended. Mix cornstarch slurry into the rest of the sauce.
