Stir Fry Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce (or Tamari if gluten free)
1/2 cup chicken stock (or vegetable broth if vegan)
2 tsp honey (or agave nectar if vegan)
1 tsp sesame seed oil
2 tsp rice vinegar
2" piece of ginger, peeled and grated or finely minced (or 1 tbsp ginger paste)
2 garlic cloves, grated or finely minced
1 tbsp corn starch (or arrow root)
Directions
Combine all ingredients through to garlic. Whisk together.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch with 1/4 cup sauce. Stir until thoroughly blended. Mix cornstarch slurry into the rest of the sauce.
Notes
Yield: Enough sauce for 4 servings of stir fry.
